Injury due to Drone Policy Violation

At today’s launch there was a minor injury caused by someone flying a drone in the safety zone. This was absolutely a direct violation of our policy and rules.

At all ROC events, the only place drones are permitted to fly is south of the porta potties. And never over or around spectators. As of October 2019, drones and other flying aircraft and devices that are not rocket powered are prohibited at all launches. It is mandatory that these rules are followed.
